Consider calling that person back personally and asking a series of follow-up questions. Even better, point them in the direction of your digital reviews and ask them to make one on your behalf. Make it easy for people to leave reviews. They will go on to tell their story in a way that has only positive outcomes. Positive reviews go far in business. Word-of-mouth goes far in marketing.
