Mary Trombitas

In 2006, Ms. Trombitas launched Targeting Performance, LLC. With a constant craving to extend her reach to others, she resigned from her corporate career to become a business owner. Over the last decade she has dedicated her time to providing other business leaders with coaching to develop and strengthen their leadership skills, as well as solutions to resolve their unique business challenges.

Ms. Trombitas is also connecting with aspiring and seasoned leaders in other ways. In 2016, she published a book titled Break the Cycle – Become the Leader People Need Today, where she shares her leadership experiences, and encourages others to embrace their natural leadership style. In addition to providing one-to-one leadership coaching, she is a speaker, and internet radio host of the Targeting Leadership show.

Ms. Trombitas is an avid volunteer in her community, and a board member for local non-profit businesses. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management, and is a certified human resource professional (SPHR and SHRM-SCP).
