175. Set Your Own Pace

This episode, we share a quick story from a good friend and wrestling coach who shared a pic of him running in a marathon. In the picture, there was a kid running right behind him, keeping up the pace. This provided a great topic that is applicable to anything in life. She was a very creative individual in her own right and one of his first art teachers, and in doing so, she allowed Quantal to help and inspire aspiring creators.
