#95 – Judas and the Black Messiah

On this episode we review a movie that just received 6 Oscar nominations (including one for Best Picture) with Judas and the Black Messiah! The film stars Daniel Kaluuya, Lakeith Stanfield, Jesse Plemons, and Dominique Fishback and tells the story of the real-life leader of the Illinois Black Panther party, Fred Hampton, and the FBI informant, William O’Neal who tries to infiltrate the party and gather information. We discuss our likes and dislikes, how historically accurate the film is, and also in news we discuss Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s interview with Oprah.
