This story is about Joseph who knew he was gay at a very young age and found dance as an outlet to keep going when he felt alone. Moving with dance helped him process and take good care of himself because he was getting outside signals that being gay was bad. Joseph now teaches dance to help others discover and love our differences, have a spiritual experience, and to try something new. He encourages you to realize that you are not alone and you will get through whatever you are facing. What message do you get from this interview?

ABOUT the LemonAid Stand: Heidi started hosting the LemonAid Stand live radio talk show, over 20 years ago, in 1999!
