Nisha Ganatra Is Creating Cultural Change Through Collaborative Impactful Art #HeliumRadio
Nisha Ganatra, is a Canadian-American film director, screenwriter, producer, and actress of Indian descent. And of course, is also my now new cousin. I first got to know her after watching Chutney Popcorn back in 99, which she wrote, directed, and produced herself. Ganatra has directed numerous television shows including Transparent, You Men Her, Better Things, Dear White People, and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. She also directed the comedy-dramas Late Nights and The High Note. She is the founder of Lady’s Car Production. And you know, it’s just an overall badass with such an amazing 25-year journey working in Hollywood. And guess what guys? She is just ramping it up. To me, Nisha could have very well written âTo be, or not to beâ but could Shakespeare have written for Disney Channelâs The Cheetah Girls: One World movie? I think not, but Iâll let you guys be the judge! So donât miss out on this crazy fun episode with Nisha Ganatra.  We talked about:Â
