Raising Children with Intention with Raj Jana

What actions and thought patterns are you passing down to your children? How we show up as parents directly influences our children and the adults they become.In today’s episode,  I am sharing with you an interview that I did on the Stay Grounded podcast with Raj Jana. Through his podcast, Raj shares powerful conversations with a variety of thought leaders and I am honored that he wanted to speak with me about my passions. Our children’s experience growing up with technology and social media is so different from what many of us grew up with and it’s frustrating to see the effects that it has had on their mental health, presence, and confidence.
