Lucy runs a coaching program geared towards women/fem individuals who are seeking appreciation techniques and self-identity clarification. It’s called Persephone’s Jewels. Lucy uses Greek goddesses as a vehicle for self-identification strategies, supplemented with knowledge of tarot, astrology, and art. She was inspired to create PJ after writing her book, “The Dirt: An Illustrated, 100% Uncensored Memoir of a Girl with Mental Illness.” she published her own experiences, including when she voluntarily committed herself to a mental hospital, and when she got amazing feedback, was encouraged to share more and guide others.   “play to your strengths, find out what is your joy, and lights you up, and then use those as your strengths to anchor you.”   Jana and Lucy talk about:
