My background was consumed with low self-esteem, depression, and suicidal ideation. Conventional therapies such as medication and therapy did not work for me. However, by reading self-help books and integrating spiritual practices into my daily life, I broke through limiting beliefs and began living a life of progression and joy. I am passionate about sharing my journey and the lessons I’ve learned along the way with others.
