News after spending 12 years at the company.  The OYO Academy helps young adults learn the life skills they need to go on their own for the first time. Their goal is for students to gain the knowledge and confidence they will need to succeed. As a wife of nearly 20 years and a mom to two great kids, Cyndi understands how busy their lives are and has seen the helicopter parent impact on this generation. Cyndi’s goal is to teach lessons young adults will use daily and give them the confidence to handle challenges that may come up as they navigate life independently.
