In today’s episode of the Tactical Living Podcast, we discuss Army veteran mental health support with Tim Heale. Tim spent 44 years under the Colours in the British Army. He was an infantry soldier and specialized in Psychological Operations (#ad earns commission), completing seven operational tours before turning to the world of welfare. He spent his last eight years as a welfare officer to the Queen’s Guards in London. Since retiring, he now has a livestream where he discusses all things mental well-being.
