I’ll start this episode with a question. What is the vision for your creative/entrepreneurial life? How do you see yourself in the next 5 years? Do you see yourself working with great clients, having great relationships with your family? Building something that will last for years to come?

On this episode we are still on a series about the Creative Life. This is something I’ve asked some of the guests that I interview on the show. How would you see your perfect day or how would you see your life if you had the perfect mix of clients, partnerships and relationships.

We get so focused in on the day to day operations of our studio or business that-at times- we forget to check where we are going. It happens to me, I could be working on client work, creating marketing, setting up meetings that by the time Friday rolls around I haven’t set any time to refocus on making sure the business is going the right direction.

With this series I’ve alluded to the concept of a garden to our creative life. We need Patience, Consistent Action/Energy, and now we dive into building the Vision for your creative life.

Helping my granddad in my younger years in these gardens that I was his apprentice for. Showing me how to cultivate the environment, plant the seeds, nurturing them, and finally seeing the vision, which I’m sure my granddad already saw in his mind, manifested.

I’ll tell 3 quick tips on what you may need to consider when allowing your Vision to develop and grow, perhaps past what you could have imagined.
