Kelly Hopkins is an experienced facilitator with over 20 years of working with individuals, as well as groups large and small. After 26 years, Kelly quit her high-pressured job running a large countywide program in LA. She moved with her very young children to the jungles of Costa Rica and began a healing process where she turned her attention to the healing power of creativity.      
In Costa Rica, Kelly started an art connection group with her neighbors that eventually became her stress management coaching business , Soul Art Exploration.     Soul Art Exploration helps people shift their relationship with stress taking them from overwhelmed to calm, clear and decisive so they can thrive!
