Episode 11 – Jan Pflaum says the COWGIRL SPIRIT is the best way to beat the 2020 blues!

To know Janet Pflaum is to love her!  This beautiful lady embodies the Spirit of the Cowgirl and shares the message that you should never let anything dull your sparkle!  Especially Cancer!  She’s raised money for cancer patients and says that everyone needs the Cowgirl Mindset to survive the craziness of 2020!    
Jan is a dairy farm girl from Indiana who now lives in Texas.  She has a nursing background and has worked in Hospice for many years. After moving to Texas, she became intrigued by the Cowgirl spirit and quickly learned that the Cowgirl mindset is an absolute.  She felt that everyone should have this great attitude, so she wrote the book, Roping the Storms of Life like a Cowgirl.
