Welcome to the ROCK MOVERS with Coach Karen Gray.  Today Karen is hosting Jennifer (Jen) Zahari.  
Jen has been leading, guiding, training and coaching people for over twenty years.  Throughout her career she’s taken a keen interest in helping people see the possible in themselves and how to develop in the areas they want to grow.  A major driver for Jen is seeing people grow and in turn build personal confidence in themselves.  
Jen is a wife and mother based in Wisconsin.  She loves fitness, adventure, hiking, swimming, and anything else that gets her closer to nature. 
Jen’s journey includes overcoming obesity, over-coming self-image issues, overcoming decades of anxiety and high stress living, and overcoming cancer just to name a few.  As you’ll learn on this episode, Jen is on a mission to end the loneliness people can often feel in life and let people know they are NOT alone in this journey. 
She has a degree marketing and holds certifications as a Life Coach, Train the Trainer, and maintains her CSP from the American Staffing Association. Jen is dedicated to helping people find the believe in themselves and live their happiest most fulfilled life.
