Lana is no stranger to sleepless nights.  In fact, she experienced anxiety and depression due to her lack of sleep.  She also developed an auto immune disease.  Once she received her diagnosis, she wanted to find a better way to deal with her auto immune diagnosis or even heal it!  She offers advice for my listeners who are looking for a possible solution for being sleep deprived!  You can join Lana’s facebook group to know you are not alone and get consistent advice!  Lana offers the basics of creating a daily routine, nap earlier than later in the day if necessary and drink water…your brain and body needs it.  Lana encourages self awareness to see where you can implement a few of these changes or simply a baby step of change in your thinking.  Here’s to sweet dreams!!
