Terri Matthews is the Founder of Jaden’s Voice, a nonprofit organization that serves children and families impacted by autism. Terri is also a serial entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and consultant who specializes in human resources and crisis management.

In this episode, we discuss Terri’s entrepreneurial journey and the difference between for-profit businesses and the nonprofit world. She shares her experience as a mother of an autistic child, which inspired her to launch Jaden’s Voice and support other families through advocacy.
