We usually hear the advice of ‘just put your head down’ do the work and it will be noticed.’ But this is rarely the case and we just need to be more strategic about it.  This is why when I read the book Impact Players: How to Take the Lead, Play Bigger and Multiply Your Impact by Liz Wiseman, I knew I wanted her on the show.
