Richard Bumbury is a first-generation American investor. He was born in Guyana and moved to America at the age of four, growing up primarily in Black and Latinx neighborhoods in Brooklyn, NY. Richard taught himself taught himself how to write software and worked his way up to leadership roles at major FinTech and e-commerce brands. Now, Richard uses his knowledge and experiences to make investing accessible and desirable to everyone. Richard is on a mission to provide opportunities for economic mobility and generational wealth to a more diverse group of people, especially Black men like himself.
