Tami Damian started The LEAD Group due to her passion for personal and professional growth. This includes helping people identify and meet their personal, professional, financial, and fitness goals. She has been a management business consultant   for more   than 15 years, assisting companies in achieving international certification to quality, environmental and safety standards. She is an Exemplar Global Quality Auditor and a Senior Trainer for Exemplar Global Certified Lead Auditor Courses. With more than 25 years of management experience, working in higher education, the non-profit sector, and manufacturing, Tami has always been the ‘go to’ person for her colleagues, partners and friends when a problem needs resolved or when an opportunity presented itself for improvement.

As a nationally certified trainer for Active Parenting Publishing since 1990, Tami has trained hundreds of parents; as well as facilitators. She is an aunt to 9 nieces and nephews and a great-aunt to 20 great nieces and nephews and has five great-greats! She is a Certified Workplace Trainer for Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace at Work program, helping companies provide a solution based program that changes their employee’s lives! Tami was selected to be one of 26 of the first ever Internationally Zig Ziglar Legacy Certified trainers. Author of the forthcoming book, Life Lessons Learned, Tami states, “Life gives us the lessons, it’s up to us to learn them.” She has earned a Masters of Arts degree in Management with an emphasis in Leadership from Doane College, Lincoln, NE, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology, with an emphasis in Psychology and organizational Communications from Kearney State College, Kearney, NE. She is an ASTD Certified Coach; and a member of the American Society for Quality.
