Louise Chan is the Associate Director of Nursing for the Mental Health, Addictions and Intellectual Disability services (MHAIDS) covering Capital and Coast DHB, Hutt Valley and Wairarapa. With a passion for development, Louise aspires to enhance the experiences of nurses.
