The last couple of years have been very stressful for many reasons, and it appears that we may be in for another few stressful months ahead.   Stats are showing an increase in people feeling anxious and stressed up to over 25% increase.  Doctors are beginning to see an increase in chronic diseases that can be directly tied to stress.  Also, there is a great concern about how all of this stress and anxiety is affecting our immune systems as we head into flu and virus season.
