Interview was done November 17, 2023! I love meeting new people willing to share their “lemon to lemonade” experience! This story is about Stephanie who was depressed and feeling like she wanted to die. She went through therapy and a lot of reflection and realized it was about perspective shifting. She wanted to make a difference and teach others these concepts of sitting with your feelings, and connecting the brain and body, so she wrote a book.
