Season’s Eatings – Cinnamon

The rich spicy flavour is a favourite Christmas ingredient in recipes such as Christmas cakes, Christmas pudding, mince pies, cinnamon shortbread, Zimtsterne (Christmas stars), lebkuchen, mulled wine and glühwein.
