It can be so frustrating when you’re working on improving your health, but nothing seems to be changing. Believe me, we’ve all been there!

First of all, put the scale away!  You may be missing a lot of non-scale victories simply because the scale says “no change.”  Are you feeling any different?  Are you more comfortable in your clothes?  Is your family eating better because you are?  Are you getting a better night’s sleep?  

Learn how to spot those signs that what you’re doing IS working to help you stay motivated towards your goals.
