In this episode we talk with mindset and leadership coach Heath Eslinger. Among his athletic accolades, he was a 2x State Champ for Bradley Central, TN a 3x Southern Conference champ and Conference MVP for UT-Chattanooga Wrestling and later winning numerous team championships as the head coach of Chattanooga Wrestling.

Now he runs A Better Way Athletics, an organization founded on the principles of changing the paradigm of how we view sports in relation to parents and the athletes that play. We talk about his journey to where he is today, what inspires him, and he dropped a lot of knowledge bombs on allowing the kid to struggle in order to strengthen them. We talk about building the inner foundation of one’s mind, heart and spirit to help them not only as a good athlete but a good human as well.
