In this second and final part of my interview with Sarah, she dives deep into the sketchy acts of the Kentucky State Police, the corruption, the FBI, the mysterious snuff film and the seeming most probable suspect connected to Heather, whom the police fail to investigate…  this episode is FULL of the convoluted acts of evil individuals.
