In this episode, The Royal Affair is pleased to feature Anthony Mitchell as the special guest poet. Anthony Paul Mitchell was born in Diboll Texas with a rare condition known as Hypohidrotic Ectodermal Dysplasia (HED). One of the symptoms of HED is not having sweat glands to regulate body temperature. It was extremely humid in Diboll making it difficult for Anthony to go outdoors. Anthony Mitchell now lives in Houston Texas trying to adapt to this condition which has given him many life lessons that he has shared with audiences all over. In this episode, Anthony Mitchell shares with us his short poem titled “Not Giving Up” to give us a bit of motivation, inspiration and encouragement.
