Updating the About Me, the Practical Medium

I was looking through the back catalog and realized it’s been over 3 years since I started the podcast. The time felt right to update the original first episode. The original is staying up for various reasons, including giving listeners the opportunity to compare if they feel like it. 
Some things have stayed the same, including why I use the title “Practical Medium” and my dislike for turning sensitivity and the other side of the fence into something it’s not. What has changed? My confidence in myself and the information I receive.
