THERMAL Radio Heats Up the Internet

St. Petersburg, FL — THERMAL Radio, the fifth station to launch on the Internet-based Helium Radio Network, begins its 24-hour all-music format on Friday, November 15th.

Themed shows will feature a variety of genres, from pop, to classic and hard rock, jazz, blues, dance music, and more, highlighting popular artists. Indie artists’ music will also be included, showcasing local and national talents, while shows introducing new artists will present tomorrow’s hot picks.

Morning Drive and Evening day parts will accept requests, and DJs will present a selection of mixed tracks Thursday through Saturday.

“We’re designing THERMAL Radio to heat up our listeners’ days and fire their nights with music that will be a backbeat to their activities,” says Chief Creative Officer Erik Remmel. “In addition to our live-streaming programs, THERMAL Radio also maintains an extensive archive so listeners can select what they want to hear, anytime and anywhere.”

THERMAL Radio invites artists to submit their original music for inclusion in the station’s rotation. Submissions must be in mp3 format; no other format will be considered. Required information: artist name, track name, album name, and year produced. Submissions that include an artist or band photo, along with a bio sheet and links to the artist/band website and social media may be considered for posting on the THERMAL Radio website.  All submissions should be sent via e-mail to [email protected].
