Anis Alibhai is the wickedly funny, insightful, and thoughtful half of The After 30 Podcast. As a psychotherapist trainee, Anis brings a warm curiosity and understanding to every topic at hand, making the guests always feel comfortable and always finding deep new ways to look at the world.

She also manages the operations for a profitable business of import/exporting over-the-counter pharmaceuticals to world markets (casual) and has had a career in business operations, running a travel agency, and has successfully laid the foundations for sales, marketing, client services and operational processes to create business that function to there full efficiency. Meaning, she’s a damn boss and knows how to get shit done and do it well – so she brings incredible insight whenever we have topics covering business, entrepreneurism and thinking outside-of-the-box in a professional capacity.

Born in Kenya, schooled in Boston, and having lived in Toronto for over 15 years, this chick is as global as you can get and she reads more articles and news websites than anyone I know. She’s informed, intelligent and smart as hell. Finally, she always knows where to go and what’s the latest cool shit. Need the best foie gras in Toronto? This girl. Newest restaurant? She’s been (or ordered #2020). Her laugh is infectious, her background is beyond interesting, and she’s a tough cookie that’s always the warmest person in any room. I’m so glad you get to know her a bit more through this show.
